Dragon Rise Group Holdings Ltd

Dragon Rise Group Holdings Ltd ("DR Group ") - History of the group can be traced back to Kit Kee Machinery Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1977 and DR Group was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2018 (Stock Code: 6829.HK) as a conglomerate dedicated to connecting the infrastructures in Hong Kong.

In 2022, Dragon Rise New Energy Holdings Ltd was incorporated to establish various subsidiaries; namely Dragon Rise New Energy (HK) Ltd, Dragon Rise IOT Company Ltd., Dragon Rise Auto Services Ltd (jointly “New Energy sub-group”), which joined hands with PRC’s industry leaders to build an efficient infrastructure in order to speed up the new energy transformation of commercial vehicles in Hong Kong.
